The Brasserie du Théâtre is a historic location in Avignon. Created at the turn of the 20th century, the establishment, then called Grand Café de la Bourse, opened an exceptionally spacious room equipped with four billiard tables, and also played host to an orchestra and shows.
In addition, the restaurant is just next to the Théâtre du Palace, the biggest theatre in Avignon. Created in 1910, it was rebuilt and is now famous for its listed art deco façade.

Olivier Razoux, our Chef, originally from Marseille, is self-taught and has a real passion for cooking. After his engineering studies and a few years in Asia, he decided to pursue his passion. Olivier joined us in September 2019 to refresh our menu and offer you a generous cuisine, combining great classics of French brasseries with contemporary gastro-bistro dishes.
He works alongside Donovan, our sous-chef and pastry chef, who will delight you with an afternoon snack or end your meal on a sweet note.
